Making Cottage Cheese.



We made cottage cheese from 'Kristina's' milk.  You boil 4 cups of milk and then add 1/4 cup of vinegar.  The vinegar helps to curdle the milk.  Leave to cool and then add a touch of salt.  We were surprised it didn't taste like vinegar!  The heat of the milk must eliminate the vinegar taste somehow.  Here we are trying the cottage cheese on a cracker. Interesting.....
